What's New in Propel Rx 1.9 SP1 Postinstall 2
Enhancements

-
When an Adaptation is initiated in Rx Detail, the QA field will no longer be reset.
Fixes

-
First Fills of Hold Prescriptions should no longer carry over the Prescription Attachments of the previous Authorization if the new Authorization was Reverted prior to Hold.
-
Prescriptions Reauthorized using the Duplicate Checking prompt or Profile > ReAuth button from the Intake window should no longer carry forward the Prescription Attachments from the previous Authorization. In addition, when using the Link functionality, it should not bring the previous Authorization image incorrectly anymore.

-
We corrected an issue that was causing the Adaptation or Extension icon
to appear on the Patient Profile for some Historical Prescriptions (i.e., entered before the PPM upgrade) that were not Adapted/Extended.
-
The Validation Error, "Qty must not be greater than the remaining refills" should no longer appear after Extending a Prescription.
-
Rebills of Extended Historical Prescriptions should no longer fail with the EHR response, "Cannot Adapt an Adaptation."
-
When a character is entered in the Adaptation or Extension window that is not supported by the EHR:
-
Propel Rx will automatically swap the character with an acceptable substitute if available (e.g., "and" instead of "&").
-
If a substitute is not available, an error message will appear listing the acceptable characters. The text will need to be modified before submitting the Adaptation or Extension to the EHR again.
-
-
Prescription refills ordered through the Patient App should no longer be rejected by the EHR if the last user who logged in was not a Pharmacist.
-
We corrected an issue that was causing the Prescriber's Name and License # to be omitted from Half label for Hold Prescriptions.

-
We corrected an issue that was causing some Patient Compares, Patient Synchronizations, and Prescription Fills to fail with a NL209 or NL211 error from the EHR.

-
For pharmacies without POS integration, if a Patient is enrolled in Pickup Reminders for a program (e.g., Amjay, Patient App, Text Message), the following types of Prescriptions should no longer appear in the Pick Up/Delivery tile:
-
Prescriptions for Patient Focused Services, such as Medication Reviews
-
Compliance Pack Prescriptions
-
Methadone Prescriptions
-
Non-Retail Prescriptions (i.e., Prescriptions filled for Patients in a Non-Retail Group)
All other Prescriptions, including Delivery Prescriptions, will appear in the Pick Up/Delivery tile if the Patient is enrolled in Pickup Reminders for the program.
For Patients enrolled in IVR Pick Up Reminders (i.e., Patient's Notification Channel = Propel Rx and Communication Method = Phone), no Prescriptions should appear in the Pick Up/Delivery tile if POS integration is OFF.
-
-
When a Prescription is Reauthorized from Intake > Profile and Processed into Rx Detail, the Rx Effective Date should now automatically update to the current date.
-
Auto-generated Prescriptions (e.g., Medication Review, Flu, etc.) going forward should now have their Rx Effective Date populated correctly as the service date in Rx Detail.
-
SIGs longer than 60 characters but shorter than 240 characters in Intake and/or Rx Detail should no longer be cut off.
This fix applies on a go-forward basis since the data prior to this fix would have already been lost.

-
Drug names should no longer print on separate pages of the Patient Official Receipt report if Print POS Barcodes was OFF.
-
Long SIGs should no longer be cut off on the MAR Complete, MAR Partial, and MAR Custom reports as a result of the SIG fix made to Prescriptions.
This fix applies on a go-forward basis since the data prior to this fix would have already been lost.
